Feel confident and positive!

I’ve been reading various websites lately, hearing many stories of people feeling down and suffering from different forms of neurosis. Of course this does get to me, mostly because I just want to help them all. It’s so unfair that in a lot of these cases people’s feelings and low self-esteem have been brought on by other significant people in their lives. Why should one person make another person feel this way? This is why we need to right these wrongs! Don’t let anyone ever make you feel inferior! Stay strong, stay positive and stay proactive! 👍😊

Taking time out!

Despite this being a busy time of year, I’ve ensured that I’ve taken time out this week to relax and enjoy the festive season. As hectic as it gets, do make sure that you save some time for yourself to do whatever it is that makes you smile! You deserve it! 😁

Time to relax!

In order to help you fully relax, practise deep breathing. Breathe in for 5 seconds and out for 7 seconds, ensuring that the breath goes all the way down (your stomach should expand outwards when breathing in). By breathing out for longer than you breathe in it allows your body to relax even faster and achieve a state of calm 👍
